The ceremony will take place at 5 pm on May 28, 2011 at Gundlach Bundschu winery (www.gunbun.com). A cocktail hour and reception will follow.
NOTE: The shuttle will pick up from the NORTHWEST corner of the Sonoma Square, not the northeast as originally printed. Sorry for the confusion.
A shuttle will run from the northwest corner of the Sonoma Square at Spain Street and 1st Street WEST (map) to the winery at 15-20 minute intervals starting at 4pm. If you plan on taking the shuttle, please let us know so that we can plan for sufficient capacity. If you are staying at the Lodge, they have told us that they can take a limited number of guests directly to the winery using their own shuttle, so be sure to inquire with them.

What To Wear?
We’re using the term “picnic chic” to describe the dress code. The wedding party will be in formal wear (tuxes and long dresses), but we imagine most of the guests will be in either suits or khakis/sundresses. The ceremony is outdoors and is in the grass, so flats or wedge shoes are recommended for the ladies. The reception is also outdoors, and Sonoma can get windy, so we also suggest bringing a warm cover-up for the reception just in case. Ladies, note that we will be sitting at picnic tables for dinner. A super short mini or tight skirt is going to lead to some interesting maneuvering!
There is a limited amount of parking available at the winery, so we suggest parking at or near the Square if possible, and using our shuttle. This is a holiday weekend, so please plan for extra travel time, and if you can’t find street parking, you may park in the free underground parking garage at 649 First Street West and take the shuttle. The gates open automatically and you can park anywhere labelled “Guest” “Visitor” or “Commercial”.
